Publication of the AMPCPP – December 18, 2019 – International cooperation
The Moroccan Association of Presidents of Provincial and Prefectural Councils received an invitation from the General Directorate of Local Collectivities to participate in the kick-off meeting of the project relating to the dialogue between the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the implementation of contracts between levels of administration for regional development, organized at the DGCL on April 23, 2019.
This meeting is part of the follow-up by the General Directorate of Local Collectivities of the dialogue between the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Kingdom of Morocco on the establishment of conventions between levels of administration for local development.
Generally speaking, the Territorial Collectivities, including the Prefectures and Provinces, participate in this project alongside the General Directorate of Local Collectivities, as a party involved in the implementation of the advanced regionalization project, in addition to its importance as a level of convergence of collaboration and cooperation policies between the different territorial levels, through contractualization.
